About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Avail Holding Ltd. ("Avail," "we," "us") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with your access to and use of Shield TX (the "Platform"). This Policy applies specifically to the private beta version of the Platform and should be read together with any other applicable Terms made available by Avail.

Information We Collect

We may collect and process information categorised in connection with your use of the Platform, including:

  • Wallet and Transaction Data: Public blockchain data associated with your wallet address and activity routed through the Platform;
  • Technical Usage Data: Information such as device type, browser type, IP address, timestamps, and interaction data; and
  • Internal Mapping Data: Data generated by the Platform which links dynamically created wallets to your originating wallet for operational, security, and compliance purposes.

We do not intentionally collect directly identifying personal information unless provided voluntarily by you.

Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on third-party service providers to operate and support the Platform, including infrastructure providers, embedded wallet providers and other technical service providers. These providers may process limited information as necessary to deliver their services to or through the Platform. Where such providers process information independently, their processing will be subject to their own privacy policies, terms, and applicable legal obligations.

How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to operate and maintain the Platform, facilitate and support user-initiated transactions and monitor performance, improve functionality, ensure security, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. This may include the use of third-party compliance and screening providers to evaluate wallet, transaction, and related technical data against sanctions, AML, fraud-prevention, and risk-screening list.

Where you provide your email address to ShieldTX, we may use it to send Platform-related notices, product updates, beta announcements, and marketing communications relating to ShieldTX or other Avail products and services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, although we may continue to send non-marketing communications where necessary for operational, security, legal, or administrative purposes.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data and may disclose information to service providers in support of the operation, including infrastructure and wallet providers, strictly to the extent necessary for them to provide their servies. Where personal data is shared with such third parties, Avail does not control or assume responsibility for such third-party processing.

We may also disclose information as necessary and required by the applicable law or regulatory authorities in order to protect the integrity, security, or lawful operation of the Platform, or in connection with the compliance, sanctions, AML or risk-screening processes of our third party service providers.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary in order to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, inclusive of operational security and subsequent legal compliance purposes. Certain data recorded on public blockchains cannot be modified or deleted.

Security and International Processing

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures in order to protect information processed through the Platform. Information may also be processed across multiple jurisdictions due to the cross-border nature of blockchain infrastructure and distributed services.

Miscellaneous

To the extent applicable, Avail's general privacy policy and related terms ("Avail Privacy Terms") are incorporated by reference into this Policy and may be updated from time to time. In the event of any inconsistencies, this Policy shall prevail with respect to the Platform.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version which will be reasonably notified to you.
