# ShieldTX

> ShieldTX is a private beta trading application that routes perpetual trades to Hyperliquid's native order book while isolating positions, PnL, and liquidation levels from the user's main funding wallet.

## What ShieldTX does

- Routes orders to Hyperliquid's native order book with the same liquidity and fills as native trading.
- Isolates trading activity: positions, PnL, and liquidation levels are not publicly linked to the wallet that funded the trade.
- Funds each trade from a fresh, temporary wallet; proceeds return to a shielded balance on Arbitrum after closing.
- Deposits and settlements are on-chain; the trading activity itself is unlinked from the depositor's identity.
- Bridging is via Avail Nexus from any chain.

- Supports all Hyperliquid perp markets.
- Beta access is by application only.

## How it works

1. Deposit USDC into a ShieldTX balance (vault on Arbitrum).
2. Open a Hyperliquid perp inside ShieldTX; a fresh wallet is funded for the order.
3. Close and settle; proceeds return to the shielded balance, separate from the trading wallet.

## Compliance & trust

- Funds are locked in an on-chain vault contract on Arbitrum.
- Withdrawals are pull-based: you claim funds with a signed transaction after the protocol posts settlement confirmation on-chain.
- Trading-wallet keys are handled client-side via Privy.
- Architecture is designed to support professional compliance obligations. User-held viewing keys are planned but not yet implemented.
- ShieldTX is not an anonymity tool or mixer; it is a trading execution layer.
